What we collect
When you send a booking request or contact the concierge, we receive the details you include — your name, contact information and trip preferences. The preview site itself does not require an account and does not collect payment details.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to requests, arrange bookings with suppliers, and improve the service. We share only what a supplier needs to fulfil your booking — never more.
AI assistant conversations
Messages to the AI assistant are processed to generate responses and improve quality. Do not include passport numbers or payment details in chat; the concierge will collect sensitive details through appropriate channels.
Cookies and analytics
The preview uses only technically necessary storage. If analytics are introduced, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.
Retention
Booking correspondence is retained as long as needed to service your trip and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may request a copy or deletion of your personal information at any time. Applicable law — including POPIA in South Africa and Law No. 2010/012 in Cameroon where relevant — governs these rights.
