1. Who we are
AFRIQJ (Africa Quality Journeys) operates this platform, which presents travel inventory, planning tools and concierge services for journeys across Africa.
2. The service today
The platform currently operates as an early release. You can create an account and send booking requests, which are fulfilled by our concierge team by email confirmation. No payment is collected through this website.
3. Booking requests
Submitting a booking request creates no contract until we confirm availability and price in writing. Supplier terms, including the cancellation and refund policies of hotels, airlines and operators, apply to each confirmed booking and are communicated before confirmation.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
5. Fair use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' information, scrape content at scale, or use any assistant features to generate unlawful content.
6. AI assistance
Where the platform provides AI-generated travel suggestions, they can be wrong. Verify visa, health and entry requirements with official sources before travelling; AFRIQJ is not liable for decisions made solely on assistant output.
7. Intellectual property
The AFRIQJ name, Q mark, brand assets and platform content are the property of AFRIQJ and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFRIQJ's liability in connection with the service is limited to amounts actually paid to AFRIQJ for the affected booking.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves; the version published here applies. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
