Good questions
You send a request describing the journey you want: destination, dates, guests and anything that matters to you. A concierge replies within one working day with a considered itinerary and its price. Only once you approve that itinerary do we arrange payment, through a secure hosted checkout.

Card details are handled entirely by Paystack, a licensed payment provider; they never touch our systems. Every payment and refund is also posted to a double-entry ledger that the database itself prevents anyone from rewriting, so the record of your money cannot be altered, even by us.
Cancellations follow the terms of your confirmed itinerary, and any refund due is processed back to your original payment method. Every refund is recorded as an exact reversal in our ledger, so nothing disappears into a queue. You can follow the state of any booking in My Trips.

Once your journey is confirmed, your concierge briefs you on the entry requirements, vaccination guidance and packing realities for your exact route and nationality, and tells you plainly what you must arrange yourself.
The advisor is where most journeys start: it knows Africa's seasons, routes and rhythms, and helps you shape an idea into a brief. It advises; it does not price, book or access your account. When the idea is ready, the concierge takes over.
